At littlefound, we aim to make every order as smooth and transparent as possible. Please review the estimated production, processing, and shipping times below.

Custom-Made Car Mats

All littlefound car mats are made to order according to your vehicle’s specifications. Processing is included within the production period, so there is no additional handling time before manufacturing begins.

• Production Time (Processing Included): 3–5 business days

• Shipping Time: 6–15 business days

• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9–20 business days

Each set of car mats is manufactured after your order has been placed and shipped directly from our production partners.

Non-Custom Products and Accessories

Products such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, and other vehicle accessories are not custom-made.

• Processing Time: 1–2 business days

• Shipping Time: 6–10 business days

• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days

If your order contains both custom-made and non-custom products, the items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Shipping Destinations

littlefound currently ships to the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected international destinations. The available shipping options for your location will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and order details. The applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Business Days

All production, processing, and delivery estimates are calculated in business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For example, if an order is placed on a Friday, production or processing will typically begin on the following Monday.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Customs clearance procedures

• Courier or logistics delays

• High seasonal demand

• Severe weather conditions

• Public holidays or other unexpected disruptions
