LITTLEFOUND Terms of Service
Last updated: August 12, 2026
OVERVIEW
This website, available at https://littlefound.com (the “Site”), is operated under the littlefound brand. Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of littlefound.
We provide this Site, including the information, content, features, tools, automotive parts, interior accessories, functional automotive products, and related services available through it, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to you. Shopify is not the seller of products purchased through the Site.
By accessing the Site, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to them, you must not access the Site or use the services.
SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ONLINE STORE USE
By using the Site, you represent that you have reached the age of legal majority in your place of residence or that you are using the Site under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You may use the Site and our products only for lawful purposes. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, vehicle requirements, road-safety rules, and intellectual-property laws.
You must not transmit viruses, malicious code, worms, or any material intended to damage, disrupt, or interfere with the Site, Shopify, or any related system.
A material violation of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Site.
SECTION 2 — GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, an order, or access to the Site where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unlawful activity, product or geographic restrictions, pricing errors, safety concerns, or violations of these Terms.
You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, scrape, or commercially exploit any portion of the Site without our prior written permission.
The headings in these Terms are included for convenience and do not affect their interpretation.
SECTION 3 — ACCURACY OF SITE INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the Site is accurate and current. However, general content published on the Site may not always reflect the latest product, vehicle, regulatory, or technical developments.
Information provided through the Site is for general product-selection purposes and does not replace instructions from the vehicle manufacturer or advice from a qualified automotive professional.
Historical information may be provided for reference only. We may update or correct Site content when reasonably necessary.
SECTION 4 — PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Product availability, specifications, packaging, features, colors, and designs may change without notice where permitted by applicable law.
We make reasonable efforts to display product images and colors accurately. However, the appearance of a product may vary depending on your screen, lighting, vehicle configuration, production batch, or other factors.
We may limit the sale of products to particular persons, regions, vehicles, or jurisdictions where reasonably necessary. We may also limit order quantities or discontinue products.
Product availability on the Site does not necessarily mean that a product is lawful or suitable for every vehicle, road, application, or jurisdiction.
References to vehicle manufacturers, models, trademarks, part numbers, or other third-party identifiers are used solely to describe compatibility or intended use. Unless expressly stated otherwise, littlefound is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.
SECTION 5 — VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY
Some littlefound products are designed for particular vehicles or vehicle configurations.
Compatibility may depend on the vehicle’s:
-
Year, make, and model.
-
Trim level and body style.
-
Engine, drivetrain, and steering position.
-
Factory equipment and optional features.
-
Dimensions, connector type, or original part number.
-
Regional production specifications.
-
Previous repairs, replacements, or aftermarket modifications.
Before placing an order, you are responsible for reviewing the product description and providing complete and accurate vehicle information.
Compatibility lists, photographs, measurements, fitment tools, and customer-support recommendations are provided as selection aids. They may not account for every regional specification, production variation, or aftermarket modification.
If you are uncertain about compatibility, contact help@littlefound.com before ordering. Any recommendation we provide will be based on the information you supply.
SECTION 6 — INSPECTION, INSTALLATION, AND SAFE USE
You should inspect each product promptly after delivery and confirm that it is complete, undamaged, and suitable for your vehicle before installation.
Do not install or use a product that is damaged, incomplete, incompatible, or likely to interfere with:
-
Pedals, steering, braking, or driver controls.
-
Seats, seat belts, airbags, or safety restraints.
-
Wiring, batteries, sensors, or cameras.
-
Advanced driver-assistance or warning systems.
-
The driver’s visibility or safe operation of the vehicle.
You must follow the instructions supplied with the product and all applicable instructions issued by the vehicle manufacturer.
Products involving electrical systems, safety equipment, vehicle disassembly, drilling, cutting, or permanent modification should be installed by a suitably qualified automotive professional where professional installation is recommended.
Stop using a product immediately if a safety concern, abnormal operation, looseness, obstruction, overheating, electrical fault, or other potential hazard becomes apparent.
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by inaccurate vehicle information supplied by you, installation contrary to instructions, unauthorized alteration, misuse, improper maintenance, or use outside the product’s stated purpose, except where the loss results from a product defect, our breach of these Terms, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 7 — ORDERS AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.
Restrictions may apply to orders placed through the same account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, household, or customer.
If we change or cancel an order, we may contact you using the email address, telephone number, billing information, or other contact details submitted with the order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You are responsible for updating your information so that we can complete transactions and contact you when necessary.
We may limit or prohibit orders that reasonably appear to have been placed for unauthorized resale, fraudulent activity, or unlawful use.
An order-confirmation message acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment or otherwise expressly accept the order.
SECTION 8 — PRICES, PAYMENTS, TAXES, AND DUTIES
Product prices may change without notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted, except where correction is permitted or required by applicable law.
Prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and duties will be displayed or calculated during checkout where applicable.
Payment is processed through Shopify or third-party payment providers. Your use of a payment service may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country, except where these charges are expressly included in the amount paid at checkout or applicable law provides otherwise.
SECTION 9 — SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Shipping estimates are provided in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Unless expressly guaranteed, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, public events, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable mandatory consumer laws.
Installation, cutting, drilling, painting, wiring, adhesive application, or other alteration may affect your eligibility to return a non-defective product where permitted by law.
This does not limit any remedy available where a product is defective, unsafe, materially different from its description, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise protected by mandatory consumer rights.
If a product appears damaged, defective, incomplete, or incompatible, do not install it. Contact help@littlefound.com as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order information, vehicle details, photographs, and a description of the issue.
SECTION 10 — MODIFICATIONS TO THE SITE AND SERVICES
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or services where reasonably necessary.
We will not be liable solely because a feature, product, or part of the Site is changed or discontinued, except where liability arises under an accepted order, applicable consumer law, or another obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 11 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
The Site may provide access to third-party tools, applications, payment services, content, or websites.
Third-party services are operated independently and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, practices, security, products, or services except to the extent required by applicable law.
The inclusion of a third-party link does not by itself mean that we endorse or control that third party.
SECTION 12 — REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND SUBMISSIONS
If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, idea, feedback, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, translate, publish, display, and distribute the submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting littlefound, subject to applicable privacy laws.
We are not obligated to keep non-confidential submissions confidential, provide compensation, publish the content, or respond to it.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, malicious, or that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
SECTION 13 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and its content, including text, product descriptions, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, designs, layout, and software, are owned by or licensed to littlefound and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No part of the Site may be reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks, vehicle names, manufacturer names, and product identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 14 — PROHIBITED USES
You must not use the Site or its content:
-
For unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
-
To violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
-
To submit false vehicle, identity, payment, or order information.
-
To distribute malware or harmful code.
-
To collect or track another person’s information unlawfully.
-
To interfere with the security or operation of the Site.
-
To bypass purchase, geographic, security, or access restrictions.
-
To impersonate another person or entity.
-
To scrape, copy, or exploit Site content for unauthorized commercial purposes.
-
To promote spam, phishing, fraud, or deceptive activity.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.
SECTION 15 — PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our collection, use, disclosure, and processing of personal information are governed by the littlefound Privacy Policy.
By submitting information through the Site, you acknowledge that the information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers involved in payment processing, fraud prevention, order fulfillment, shipping, customer support, analytics, and Site operation.
SECTION 16 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
The Site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, compatibility, dimensions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or availability.
We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when reasonably necessary and permitted by law, including after an order has been submitted.
If an accepted order is cancelled because of our error, we will provide any refund required by applicable law.
SECTION 17 — WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
We do not guarantee that access to the Site will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
The Site and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Products are subject to any express warranty stated on the relevant product page and all warranties, guarantees, remedies, and consumer rights that apply by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or remedies where doing so would be unlawful, including liability relating to:
-
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
-
Wilful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.
-
Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
-
Defective or unsafe products under mandatory product-liability laws.
-
Non-waivable consumer rights.
SECTION 18 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for:
-
Loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
-
Business losses arising from a purchase made wholly for personal use.
-
Loss caused by inaccurate vehicle information supplied by you.
-
Damage caused by unauthorized modification, misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions.
-
Damage caused by continued use after a safety problem became apparent.
-
Loss caused solely by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
SECTION 19 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to compensate littlefound for reasonable losses and third-party claims resulting directly from your unlawful commercial use of the Site, intentional misconduct, infringement of third-party rights, or material violation of these Terms.
This section does not apply to the extent that a claim results from our breach, negligence, product defect, or another matter for which we are legally responsible.
SECTION 20 — EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government measures, customs delays, transportation interruptions, labor disputes, telecommunications failures, or interruptions affecting suppliers or carriers.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such events. This section does not remove any cancellation, refund, or other mandatory right available under applicable law.
SECTION 21 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SECTION 22 — TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us.
You may terminate your use of the Site at any time by ceasing to use the services.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraud or unlawful conduct, misuse the Site, or create a security or safety risk.
Termination does not affect rights, obligations, payments, or liabilities that arose before the termination date.
SECTION 23 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms and the policies referenced herein constitute the entire agreement governing your use of the Site and purchases from littlefound, except for any separate written agreement expressly accepted by both parties.
Any ambiguity will be interpreted reasonably, objectively, in good faith, and in accordance with applicable law.
SECTION 24 — GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding for purposes of this section the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of protections provided by mandatory laws applicable in the country or region where you habitually reside.
Before starting formal proceedings, you and littlefound are encouraged to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith by contacting help@littlefound.com.
An unresolved dispute may be submitted to a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits your right to contact a consumer-protection authority, use an available consumer dispute-resolution procedure, or seek urgent legal relief.
SECTION 25 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on the Site and changing the “Last updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively from their stated effective date. They will not materially reduce your rights concerning an order already accepted unless the change is required by law or expressly agreed with you.
Where required by law, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
SECTION 26 — ADMINISTRATION AND INTERPRETATION
littlefound may publish reasonable clarifications concerning the administration and operation of these Terms.
Any clarification will apply prospectively after publication and will not materially reduce rights relating to an order already accepted unless required by law or expressly agreed with you.
These Terms and any related clarification will be interpreted reasonably, objectively, in good faith, and in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this section gives littlefound unilateral or conclusive authority to determine a legal dispute. Mandatory consumer rights and decisions made by a competent court or authority will prevail.
SECTION 27 — EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
You must not purchase, use, export, re-export, or transfer products obtained from littlefound where doing so would violate applicable export-control, customs, sanctions, or other trade laws.
You are responsible for complying with legal restrictions applicable to the destination and intended use of the product.
